Where Have All My Members Gone?

In my last blog I said I preferred lifetime fees as opposed to monthly affilate fees. The reason is simple, it reduces the number of drop outs.

Drop outs are what I call the people you've recruited to your new business that suddenly disappear.

So here's the story. You worked your tail off and you recruited some new members to your business. You're finally making some money. Your not getting rich yet but you are making some money, maybe you're covering your costs at least and that's very good. So everybody's happy now right? Wrong. Your new member just can't seem to do what you're doing. You've been working your tail off, coaching and training and teaching your new member but they just can't seem to get any new members in their downline. Don't blame yourself you've done everything you could for them you may have even recruited a couple of new members for them. The long and short of it is they can't do what you're doing and all they see is their money going out and nothing coming back in. What would you expect them to do? They quit. Now you're back trying to get another new member to replace the member that just left and that's so you can maintain your income level. I have one very important question to ask you. How long are you going to keep this up?

Now you know why 97% of all the people that start a home based business fail.

In my next blog post I'm going to talk about some pay plans and how they work. There must be something out there that can reduce the drop out rate. Right?
